Education:

Years of Experience: Caleb has worked in the Social Service sector for 6 years in the areas of mental health, addictions and homelessness. Most recently Caleb worked at the Kitchener Public Library where he provided therapeutic recreational opportunities for youth and adults dealing with mental health concerns, addictions and/or homelessness. He has also worked in harm reduction, shelter and street outreach work with individuals experiencing homelessness. In these roles he supported individuals through health concerns, life changes as well as death and dying. 

Areas of Specialty: Coming from a strengths base approach and a trauma informed lens, Caleb works with people surrounding emotional regulation, stress, anger, addictions and conflict resolution.

Personal Philosophy: I support people to use their already present skills to find wellness on their own terms and in a sustainable way.
